Blenheim Baptist Church is based in the Broadcasting Place development which is situated between Woodhouse Lane and Blackman Lane. This is just a few minutes walk from the city centre and immediately adjacent to the universities (Leeds Beckett, Leeds Uni and Leeds Art Uni).

 

This makes for the perfect location to host events such as meetings, conferences, weddings and various other activities. Our rooms are of varying sizes which allow us to accommodate a range of events for small groups up to large gatherings of up to 150. Some of these have included weddings, meetings, training courses, baptisms etc.

Rooms

The church is split across two levels with stairs and lift access available. The ground floor features the Foyer, Main Hall and an Accessible Toilet. The first floor features the Lounge, Meeting Room, Kitchen and Toilets.

Main Hall

Main Hall

The Main Hall features a large open plan area inclusive of stage, large projector screen with supporting monitors and speakers positioned to improve the viewing and listening experience in the room.

 

The room allows a seating capacity of up to 100 people and seating can be removed/adjusted to meet the requirements of your events.

 

Bookings of the space have included church services, meetings, concerts, weddings, receptions, baptisms and conferences.

Meeting Room

Meeting Room

The Meeting Room features a reasonable size space which can be used for the function of meetings/training sessions or as a dining area as shown in the picture. The room includes a projector screen and tables can be removed to allow for a presentation seating setup.

 

The room allows a seating capacity of up to 30 people and seating can be removed/adjusted to meet the requirements of your events.

 

This room is often booked for training sessions and lunch/dining activities.

Kitchen

Kitchen

Our kitchen comes fully equipped with a six burner gas oven, refrigerators, two dishwashers and other kitchen appliances. Alongside this we have crockery, cutlery and other kitchen utensils to support your food and refreshment requirements.

 

There is also a serving hatch which provides a convenient means of serving teas and coffees.

Our Upstairs Lounge area serves as a breakout area adjacent to the Meeting Room which can be used for group discussions, games and serving of food.
